Our products are proudly made in Lake City, MN, USA.
What kind of material do you use?
Our products are made from heavy gauge steel and come with a powder coat finish to provide the perfect look that lasts!
Do accessories come standard with all products?
Preconfigured suites and some individual products come with accessories included. Accessories can also be purchased separately for all products or for use on their own.
Do your products come in other colors?
Yes, most of our products come in color options ranging from black, white, red/black or silver/black. If you have a color preference outside of our standard options, we can make a custom color specifically for you: $500 – $1,000 surcharge will apply depending on color and size of order. What is your sales tax policy?
If we did not charge you sales tax, and you are not exempt, you are responsible for paying the applicable use tax for your state.
How do I return an item?
Please call 651-345-3386 or email email@example.com. You will be responsible for return freight as well as a 25% restocking fee.
Do you ship outside the continental United States?
Yes, Please call customer service at 651-345-3386 to place your order.
How do I check my order status?
You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped with a tracking number included. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking numbers to be updated in the freight carrier’s system.
What shipping methods do you use?
Most shipments are shipped LTL with curbside delivery, but some smaller parcel shipments may ship ground. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships..
What if my order arrived damaged?
All orders are inspected prior to shipping to ensure no damage, and are packaged to keep your products protected. Please inspect your order upon arrival and note any damage incurred during shipping. Prior to unpacking your items, take photos of products still packaged showing any notable damage to packaging or products during shipping. Email photos along with any details to CustomerService@CEGarage.com and we will promptly resolve any isues.
Using the Configurator
What is the configurator?
The configurator is an easy to use tool that allows you to visually customize your space. You have the ability to size your space, add your desired products, edit colors and layout, view in 3D, and add your chosen products to your cart to purchase!
How do I add all items to my cart after I am done designing?
Click add to cart in the upper right hand corner of the configurator interface.
How do I use the Configurator?
The configurator has an easy-to-use 5 step process. Select your shape of your space, enter the dimensions of your space, add your desired products, edit and view in 3D, and review/add to cart.
What if I need to add accessories?
You can add accessories after adding all items to the cart by clicking the accessories drop down from the top menu.
